Flexible polyurethane is injected under high pressure from inside the building or home which requires no excavation around the building. We can repair a foundation crack 365 days a year.

Our team ensures that the crack in the foundation is repaired to the highest standards in order to prevent future problems.

To ensure that the work is well done, our technician will drill holes the length of the crack in the foundation.

Then, once the holes have been cleaned of all debris, the crack will be repaired inside and out and finally sealed in.

Mechanical, metal injection ports are inserted in each hole. The polyurethane injected reacts to the water, expands and instantly seals the crack. Which closes the foundation crack and seals it from future water infiltration.

  • An epoxy cement is applied to the surface of the crack
  • Metal injection ports are inserted in the holes made by the technician
